Kyle Lotzkar signs minor-league deal with Texas

The Rangers signed pitcher Kyle Lotzkar to a minor league contract Friday. Lotzkar  went 1-3 with a 8.05 ERA in 33 appearances between the Double-A Pensacola and Class A Bakersfield under the Reds organization.
