Mariners add four to 40-man roster

The Mariners added first baseman Ji-Man Choi, pitcher Logan Bawcom and outfielders Stefen Romero and James Jones to the team's 40-man roster Wednesday.

Choi hit .295/.394/.535 with 18 home runs and 85 RBI in 424 at-bats across three levels last season. Romero hit .277/.331/.448 with 11 home runs and 74 RBI in 375 at-bats with Triple-A Tacoma. Jones hit .275/.347/.419 with six home runs, 46 RBI and 28 stolen bases in 363 at-bats with Double-A Jackson.

Bawcom went 1-4 with a 2.91 ERA, 1.23 WHIP and 64:24 K:BB ratio in 65 innings over 51 appearances with Triple-A Tacoma.
