Nationals catcher Wilson Ramos is being held out of the starting lineup on Wednesday against the Reds. Ramos has been struggling lately, batting .208 (5 for 24) in six games so far this month.
Jose Lobaton will take over behind the plate on Wednesday with Ramos getting the day off.
