Nationals' Casey Janssen picks up first win of year

Nationals reliever Casey Janssen earned a win over the Dodgers for his first victory of the year. 

Janssen pitched a perfect eighth inning and improved to 1-2 on the season. He struck out two and recorded his second perfect outing in a row after ending a slump where he allowed runs in three straight appearances.
