Royals hope to have Kyle Zimmer playing in minors by May 10

The Royals are hoping to have pitcher Kyle Zimmer throwing in minor-league games by May 10, reports The Kansas City Star.

Zimmer is recovering from arthroscopic shoulder surgery in late October, but he has been able to throw live batting practice.
