White Sox re-sign Brian Omogrosso, Dylan Axelrod

The White Sox have re-signed pitchers Brian Omogrosso and Dylan Axelrod to minor-league deals Tuesday, MLB.com reports.

Omogrosso made 12 appearances with the White Sox last season, going 0-2 with a 9.37 ERA, 2.27 WHIP and 16:9 K:BB ratio in 16 1/3 innings. He also made 10 appearances with Triple-A Charlotte, going 0-1 with a 4.91 ERA, 1.64 WHIP and 14:4 K:BB ratio in 14 2/3 innings.

Axelrod made 30 appearances (20 starts) with the White Sox in 2013, going 4-11 with a 5.68 ERA, 1.66 WHIP and 73:43 K:BB ratio in 128 1/3 innings.
