Smith posted a double-double in Monday's double-overtime loss to the Knicks, contributing 16 points (8-28 FG, 0-6 3Pt, 0-2 FT), 16 assists, seven rebounds, and two steals in 44 minutes.

The well-rounded stat line somewhat masks what was a miserable shooting day for Smith, who had just two points through the first three quarters and missed a whopping 20 field goals while failing to connect on a three-pointer. In any event, Smith continues to excel as the starting point guard in Philadelphia, as he's now averaging 16.8 points, 8.3 assists, 3.6 rebounds, and 1.6 steals per game since being acquired from New Orleans. He will likely continue to see all the minutes he can handle on a Sixers squad devoid of offensive talent.
