Bulls' Derrick Rose: Practices in full Monday

Rose (ankle) put in a full practice Monday and is expected to play Tuesday, Nick Friedell of ESPN Chicago reports.

As has been the goal for the past couple of days, Rose is on track to return Tuesday against Portland after missing the last two games with a sprained ankle. Rose's return should result in Kirk Hinrich returning to the bench, and E'Twaun Moore will likely see a reduction in minutes, as well.
