Bulls' Jerian Grant: Will start at point guard Thursday

Grant will start at point guard for Thursday's game against the 76ers, Nick Friedell of ESPN.com reports.

Rajon Rondo is dealing with a sprained right wrist and has been ruled out of Thursday's contest, which allows Grant to pick up yet another start. In 25 previous starts this season, Grant has recorded averages of 7.0 points, 2.2 rebounds and 2.1 assists across 20.1 minutes, so despite the promotion, Grant won't necessarily be expected to have a huge jump in production across the board.
