Celtics point guard Marcus Smart left Thursday's summer league game against the Trail Blazers after suffering dislocations to his right index and middle fingers, per ESPN Boston.
Smart, the team announced, would undergo X-rays and did not return to the game. He suffered the injury while going after a rebound.
