Copeland was released by the Bucks on Sunday, Chris Haynes of the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
With the Bucks expected to sign Steve Novak, they needed to open up a roster spot. Chris Copeland ends up being the casualty and was released Sunday. He saw action in just 24 games with the Bucks, posting averages of 2.1 points, 0.4 rebounds and 0.5 assists over seven minutes.
