G Raymond Felton opts in with Mavericks for next season

What was reported is now official - Mavericks veteran guard Raymond Felton has opted in for next season, the Dallas News has reported.

Felton had the option of rejecting the final year of his contract that will pay him $4.54 million. But his market value suffered from a four-game suspension, ankle injury and limited playing time upon his return.

The 30 year old played 37 total minutes in five playoff games, sitting out two. He hit just 4-of-15 shots.
