Carter (hip) is listed as doubtful to play Thursday against the Magic.
Carter is still battling a right hip flexor strain that he suffered in Monday's loss to the Hornets, so it looks like he's on track to miss his second straight game after sitting out Wednesday's loss to the Raptors. In the likely event he's held out again, Troy Williams and Troy Daniels should be able to benefit from extended playing time.
