Jason Thompson: Joins G League team

Thompson signed a G League contract with the Wisconsin Herd on Monday.

The 2008 first-round pick of the Kings last appeared in the NBA during the 2015-16 season. Thompson has seen action in China, Turkey and Spain since his time in the NBA. He will look to add his name to the long list of veterans who have returned to the NBA on 10-day contracts after lengthy absences.
