After recently signing a 10-day contract with the Knicks, coach Derek Fisher said guard Ricky Ledo will get an opportunity to play and compete for time, according to the New York Post.

“He’s here with us now. I’ll only be able to base my opinion on what he can do here," Fisher said. "He just hasn’t gotten the chance. He’ll get the chance here."

Ledo, a 6-foot-7, 195-pound shooting guard, was cut by the Mavericks Feb. 18 after spending much of his time in the D-League, where he averaged 15.1 points and 4.6 rebounds per game.
