Malik Beasley: Has clearance to play following surgery

Though Beasley (leg) isn't taking part in pre-draft workouts, he's been cleared to play by doctors, Alex Kennedy of Basketball Insiders reports.

It's believed that Beasley may have secured a first-round guarantee from a team under the contingency that he shut down his workouts for other clubs, so injury concerns shouldn't affect the guard's stock entering draft day. Beasley underwent surgery to repair a fracture in his leg after his freshman season at Florida State.
