Faried (shoulder) will play Friday against the Pacers, Chris Dempsey of Altitude Sports reports.
Faried's status was in question earlier in the day due to a shoulder contusion, but it won't prevent the big man from being available in his usual role on the second unit. However, with Danilo Gallinari (knee) returning to the fold, it wouldn't be surprising if the banged-up Faried's minutes are scaled back to some degree.
