Pistons PF Greg Monroe (knee) out for Wednesday

Pistons coach Stan Van Gundy announced that power forward Greg Monroe will sit out Wednesday's game against the 76ers, according to Comcast SportsNet.

It will be the second straight game Monroe will miss due to the injury.

Monroe suffered the knee injury during Monday's practice. According to the Pistons' official website, an MRI revealed no extensive damage.

Anthony Tolliver is expected to start again in Monroe's place.

The Pistons are currently two-point favorites.
