Report: Trail Blazers likely to pick up option on C Chris Kaman

The Trail Blazers are primed to exercise their team option on center Chris Kaman, a source familiar with the situation told The Oregonian.

He will make $5 million next season if the team does follow through.

The 33-year-old Kaman averaged 8.6 points and 6.5 rebounds in 19 minutes per game last season.
