Mills poured in 15 points (6-10 FG, 3-3 3Pt), and added four rebounds and two assists over 18 minutes in Friday's 108-95 victory over the Lakers.
The veteran point guard was highly efficient and aggressive during his modest time on the court, turning in one of his better all-around shooting nights of the season. His scoring total was his best since hanging 22 on this same Lakers squad back on Dec. 11, and he took double-digit shot attempts for the second straight game and only the third time in January. Mills' contributions in the rebound category were also a pleasant surprise that served to round out his stat line nicely. The seven-year veteran's minutes have been consistently in the mid-teens at a minimum-- and occasionally spike into the low-to-mid 20s-- always making him a near-minimum priced option in daily formats and source of three-point shooting in very deep season-long leagues.
