Claver signed a three-year contract Wednesday with FC Barcelona of Spain, Euroleague.net reports.

Claver, a 2009 first-round pick by the Trail Blazers, suited up for three unremarkable seasons in the NBA from 2012-13 through 2014-15, but was cut in training camp by the Nuggets last fall. He latched on with Russian club Lokomotiv Kuban Krasnodar last season and averaged 9.4 points and 5.9 rebounds per game, parlaying those efforts into a long-term deal with FC Barcelona. With the 27-year-old's contract taking him through the 2018-19 season, it doesn't seem likely that he'll head back to the NBA in the near future.
