The Jets have signed veteran tight end Steve Maneri, who was let go in January by New England. Maneri has had limited opportunities to play with his previous teams. He has just six catches for 52 yards during his career, nearly all of which came with Kansas City in 2012.
The Patriots announced a pair of minor roster moves prior to Sunday's AFC Championship game against the Colts, per the Boston Globe. The team signed defensive lineman Joe Vellano to the 53-man active roster. In a corresponding move, they released tight end Steve Maneri.

Gray, who 89 carries for 412 yards and five touchdowns in the regular season, is dealing with an ankle injury. Gray was listed as probable throughout the week. The Patriots are 7-point favorites against Baltimore Saturday.

Tuipulotu, Jake Bequette and Jerel Worthy and defensive backs Shamiel Gary, Kanorris Davis and Dax Swanson.
