Broncos running back Jeremy Stewart suffered a hamstring pull during Saturday's practice, reports 9News.com. Stewart is expected to compete for the No. 3 running back role.
The Broncos elevated running back Jeremy Stewart from the practice squad to the 53-man active roster on Saturday, the Denver Post reports. In a corresponding move, the Broncos waived running back Kapri Bibbs. Denver needed some depth at running back with Montee Ball and Ronnie Hillman both ruled out for Week 12 with injuries. Stewart is expected to be the No. 3 running back Sunday at home against Miami.
The Broncos added running back Jeremy Stewart to their practice squad while dropping guard Ryan Miller from the squad. Stewart played in 17 games for the Raiders the previous two seasons, rushing 27 times for 103 yards and a touchdown and catching 10 passes for 68 yards.

The Raiders officially re-signed exclusive rights free agent running back Jeremy Stewart Wednesday, though the terms of the deal are not yet known. Stewart played in 13 games for the Raiders last season, scoring one touchdown on two rushing attempts.
