    Giants sign DT Kenrick Ellis

    Defensive tackle Kenrick Ellis agreed to a contract with the Giants on Tuesday, The Star-Ledger reports. Ellis spent training camp with the Giants, but did not make the Week 1 roster. Three Giants defensive tackles were listed on the team's injury report Monday, so the team decided to bring back Ellis with just a couple days to spare before taking on the Redskins on Thursday night.
