Lehner stopped just 20 of 25 shots in a 6-4 loss to Columbus on Friday.Oliver Bjorkstrand added an empty netter to seal the deal as Lehner closes out the preseason with a loss. He's been inconsistent from start to start, pitching a shutout in his previous game and allowing five goals the next. With the Sabres defense banged up, Lehner won't be getting much help. It's a good thing Chad Johnson hasn't fared very well in the preseason either, so he's not a threat to take the starting job. Lehner is a mid-tier starter and fantasy owners will have to start him selectively to get the most out of him.
