Hayes (illness) is on track to return to the lineup Thursday in Nashville, per Lou Korac of NHL.com.
Hayes missed practice Wednesday but was back on the ice for morning skate Thursday. He has 13 goals and 16 assists, including five helpers on the power play, in 75 games this season.
