Paradis re-signed Wednesday with the Lightning on a one-year, two-way contract, NHL.com's Bryan Burns reports. For a fourth consecutive season, it looks as though Paradis will head back to AHL Syracuse, where he recorded a personal-best eight goals to go along with 15 points and 49 PIM in 34 games in 2014-15. The Bolts are perhaps deeper at forward than any team in the league, so it may take a slew of injuries before Paradis makes his NHL debut.
