Canadiens' Mathieu Perreault: On waiver wire

Perreault was placed on waivers by the Habs on Wednesday.

Perreault has struggled with injuries this season, in addition to being a periodic healthy scratch, so his impending demotion to the minors shouldn't come as a surprise. With Perreault likely headed to AHL Laval, it could be an indication Josh Anderson (lower body) will be ready to play versus Dallas on Thursday.
