Carey Traded To Bruins

The Avalanche traded Carey and Maxime Talbot to the Bruins on Monday in exchange for Jordan Caron and a sixth-round draft pick, the team's official site reports.Carey, who has played in 10 games for Colorado this season, recording one assist in the process, gives the B's some added depth up front, though he figures to start his stint with the organization with AHL Providence.
