Rieder (lower body) was not able to suit up Thursday night against the Canucks, Sarah McLellan of the Arizona Republic reports.
Rookie Dylan Strome played instead. Rieder is considered day-to-day ahead of Saturday's game against the Sharks. He missed a Nov. 3 contest against the Predators when the lower-body injury originally surfaced, but the German returned a day later and his production didn't suffer, as he potted two goals in three games before getting scratched in this latest one.
