Merrill (leg) will not play in Saturday's game against the Panthers, Rich Chere of the Newark Star-Ledger reports.The Devils were quick to rule Merrill out after he was unable to take part in Saturday's morning skate, resulting in the blueliner missing his second straight game. Merrill will finish the season with two goals, 14 points, and a minus-14 rating over 66 games.
