Martin (undisclosed) will play in the playoff opener versus Washington on Wednesday, according to Newsday.Martin had missed the last couple of Islanders games due to an undisclosed injury but practiced Monday and stated that he felt "great" and is ready to go. Martin led the NHL in hits this season and will be relied upon to be a physical presence against a Washington team that also likes to play a physical game.
