Jets Reassign Albert

Albert was reassigned to AHL St. John's on Wednesday, Ken Wiebe of the Winnipeg Sun reports.Albert was auditioning for a bottom-six role with the Jets, after logging nine games with the club in 2013-14. He'll assume a primary scoring role while he remains with the AHL club, but the 25-year-old won't have the opportunity to deliver much point production on the occasions he gets the call back to the Jets.
