Lightning Sign Marchessault

The Lightning signed Marchessault to a one-year, two-way contract for the 2015-16 season, the team's official site reports.Marchessault, who saw action in a pair of regular season games with the Lightning, as well two playoff contests, spent the bulk of the 2014-15 season with AHL Syracuse, notching 24 goals and 67 points in 68 games. Now that he's signed for the coming season, the 24-year-old winger will look to take another step in his pro development by sticking with the Lightning out of the gate.
