Winnik (lower body) returned to the ice in Thursday's 2-1 shootout win over the Predators.
Winnik only missed one game with the lower body injury before returning for 12:39 TOI Thursday. His workload was a bit lighter than it was before the injury, but he should be back to normal before too long. Brad Boyes was a healthy scratch to make room for Winnik to suit up.
