Hagelin (undisclosed) won't play Sunday against New Jersey.
Hagelin went through the NHL's concussion protocol Saturday, and passed it, so his absence from the lineup Sunday is being portrayed as a precautionary move. Based on that assessment, Hagelin -- who has 13 points in 21 games as a Penguin -- appears to have a chance to return to action as soon as Tuesday against the Islanders.
