Rangers Assign Mueller To AHL

Mueller was assigned to AHL Hartford on Tuesday, Pat Leonard of the New York Daily News reports.Mueller's reassignment helped the Rangers narrow their roster down to 23 players prior to Tuesday's deadline. The 28-year-old tallied 25 goals and 32 assists over 60 games at AHL Texas last season.
