Lundqvist allowed four goals on 34 shots in Thursday's 4-3 road loss against Buffalo.
The game started ignominiously for Lundqvist, who gave up a goal only 18 seconds into the first frame, and it ended on a down note as well. He carried a 3-2 lead well into the third period, but Lundqvist saw the game slip away from him all of a sudden when Jack Eichel got him for two goals just 1:43 apart. Although he owns 11 wins, Lundqvist's had some trouble getting into a rhythm this year -- he hasn't been able to string together more than three straight starts with a .900-plus save percentage. His track record strongly suggests he'll get into a groove soon enough, though.
