MacArthur is fully healthy after suffering through a concussion for most of the season, Bruce Garrioch of the Ottawa Sun reports.
MacArthur is skating twice a week at home, and plans to ramp up his activity in August in order to be sharp heading into training camp. "I feel better on the ice and I feel as good as I've felt, so we'll see what happens," the winger said. The 31-year-old also expressed his excitement for new coach Guy Boucher, especially his expertise in the power play. MacArthur averaged 3:13 of ice time during the man advantage in the 2014-15 season.
