Dell will make his first NHL start to give starter Martin Jones the night off in the second of back-to-backs. The 27-year-old appeared in 40 AHL contests last season, posting a 17-16-6 record that included four shutouts. Undrafted out of the University of North Dakota, the netminder won the backup job during the preseason despite posting the worst GAA -- 2.48 -- of the four goalies in camp.
