Stars' Morin Sent To AHL Texas

Morin was assigned to AHL Texas on Monday.The 30-year-old has only made five appearances for the Stars this season and will head down to the AHL to get more consistent playing time. He's already played in 23 games for AHL Texas this season and is currently leading the team with 24 points. Despite the demotion, it would be surprising if Morin wasn't recalled by the Stars at some future point in the year.
