Thiessen Signs With Ducks

Thiessen signed a contract with AHL Norfolk on Thursday, the team's official site reports.Thiessen gives the Ducks some organizational depth at goalie. He spent the last four years with the Penguins, getting most of his work with AHL Wilkes-Barre/Scranton while posting a 2.44 goals-against average and a .907 save percentage in 149 AHL games.
