Olofsson was sent down to AHL Iowa on Monday.
Olofsson played in just one game during this most recent call-up and is still looking for his first NHL point. In the minors this season, the blueliner has managed three goals and nine helpers and leads all Iowa defenseman in points. Barring additional injuries, the 22-year-old will likely spend the remainder of the year in the AHL.
