Giants starter Tim Hudson lasted just 1 1/3 innings Saturday, allowing three runs (two earned) on one hit and three walks without striking out a batter.
He just couldn't find the strike zone in the second inning, and his nostalgic matchup against the A's and Barry Zito fizzled when the Oakland left-hander couldn't record an out in the third. Hudson is scheduled for one more start this season, at home against the Dodgers on Thursday.
