Miguel Montero not in Cubs lineup after thumb injury

Cubs catcher Miguel Montero isn't in Sunday's starting lineup. Montero was forced to leave Saturday's game after jamming his thumb. 

Taylor Teagarden gets his third start of the season behind the plate in Montero's place. He's started three of the last six.
