Nationals second baseman Dan Uggla, who is currently on the disabled list with back spasms, is expected to begin a rehab assignment on Tuesday. Uggla will suit up for Class A Hagerstown, joining teammate Denard Span on the rehab trail, according to the Washington Post.
Uggla has been out since August 8 due to the injury.
