SP Clayton Richard up, C Tyler Teagarden down for Cubs

The Cubs have demoted catcher Taylor Teagarden to Triple-A Iowa to make room for left-hander Clayton Richard, who starts Sunday in Milwaukee, per the Chicago Sun-Times.

Richard pitched three times for Chicago in July with two starts. A strong outing was followed by two poor ones and he ended up back in the minors with a 5.40 ERA.
