Twenty-year-old outfield phenom Mike Trout has taken the AL by storm since being called up. Heading into Wednesday night's game, he was hitting .337/.397/.532 with 13 doubles, three triples, six homers, 19 steals, 40 runs and 27 RBI in just 47 games.

Fellow Angels outfielder Torii Hunter was on the Jim Rome radio show Wednesday and gave quite the lofty endorsement to Trout:
