White Sox P Hector Noesi (back) improving, could pitch out of bullpen

White Sox pitcher Hector Noesi's back bruise has improved and was told he could be called upon to pitch out of the bullpen Monday in Milwaukee, per MLB.com.

Noesi left his start on Saturday after getting struck in the back with a line drive.

Noesi has not pitched in relief this season and did so just once in 2014, while starting 27 games.

Noesi (6.06 ERA) had dropped all three of his starts this season before Saturday.
