Blue Jays' Marc Rzepczynski: Invited to major-league camp
Rzepczynski has signed a minor-league contract with the Blue Jays on Monday as a non-roster invitee, Arden Zwelling of Sportsnet.ca reports.
The 34-year-old last reached the majors in 2018, when he pitched 10.1 innings for the Mariners and Indians, but he'll get to work with the major-league coaching staff this spring. Rzepczynski posted a 5.04 ERA and 1.90 WHIP over 44.2 innings with Triple-A Reno last season.

Indians' Marc Rzepczynski: Added to big-league roster
The Indians selected Rzepczynski's contract from Triple-A Columbus on Sunday, Jordan Bastian of MLB.com reports.
After being released by Seattle in early June, Rzepczynski inked a minor-league deal with Cleveland two weeks later and made just six appearances in the minors before getting the call back to the big leagues. Rzepczynski will be used almost exclusively in lefty-on-lefty matchups for the Tribe; he's held opposing left-handers to a .222/.295/.303 batting line for his career.

Rzepczynski worked himself into a sticky situation by allowing a leadoff infield single to Lourdes Gurriel, walking pinch-hitter Anthony Alford and surrendering a single to Josh Donaldson, loading the bases. That led to a quick exit, and the veteran was ultimately charged with a run on Yangervis Solarte's double play against James Pazos later in the inning. The 32-year-old southpaw has been unsteady thus far this season, offsetting seven scoreless appearances with five other outings in which he's allowed a combined six earned runs.

Rzepczynski needed just one pitch to close out the seventh, retiring Nicky Delmonico on a groundout to shortstop for one of the easiest holds he'll log all season. After a ragged stretch in which he allowed four earned runs over three appearances earlier in April, the veteran southpaw has bounced back to post three straight scoreless efforts, although he hasn't pitched more than one-third of an inning in any of them.
